This bar is what we called Raw Chocolates. When making Raw Chocolates, the cacao beans are fermented and minimally processed under 72 Celsius. The temperature is very to kill of bacteria but at the same time maintain the High Antioxidants, Vitamins & Enzymes in the cacao
Due to this unique process, customer may sometimes feels the choc taste a little bit like red wine, eventhough there is no alcohol inside
