Chocolate Banana Pancake 🍫😍😍

Can you believe that, the above Pancake is Vegan & Gluten Free?

Yes, it is! N today we're going to share the recipe with you, so that from now on you can indulge without feeling guilty! hehe


Dry Ingredients:
1. 1 cups of Coconut Flour
2. 1 tsp baking powder
3. 1/4 tsp salt

Wet Ingredients:
1. 1 flax egg – 1 tbsp Linwoods milled flaxseed + 3 tbsp hot water
2. 1 ripe banana, mashed (around 100g)
3. 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
4. 1/2 cup (120ml) milk of choice
5. 1/2 bar Pacari Esmeraldas 60% Cacao, chopped

Toppings:
1. 1/2 banana
2. 1/2 bar Pacari Esmeraldas 60% Cacao

Recipe:
1. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl then add in the wet ingredients. Mix well to combine.
2. Heat 1/2 tsp of coconut oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Wait for the oil to heat up, then spoon 2 tbsp of the mixture for each pancake. Cook for about 1-2 minute, then flip over and cook for another 1 minute. Repeat until all your pancake mixture is finish.
3. Melt 1/2 bar of Pacari Chocolate and drizzle on top of pancake. Finish it off by adding slices of Banana on top
